Physical activity and its effects
Physical exercises Physical activity daily is crucial in the prevention of many
diseases. Exercises are classified into three categories based on their cumulative effect on the
human body. Physical activity is essential for keeping fitness levels, as well as a healthy
body. In my practices to maintain the right fitness level and a healthy weight, my routine has
always been on abdominal workouts (abs workouts) and push-ups.
Abs exercise; muscle strength workouts are proven to affect abdominal physical
fitness. Abdominal routines are beneficial for enhancing athletic fitness, back problems, and
the ability to tolerate abdomen impacts. The abdominal twist, which stiffens the backbone, is
amongst the most common workouts. An abdominal balance is another useful exercise for
strengthening the spine and the apposite muscles of the heart. Facedown, legs erect, elbows
twisted and keeping the movement in place with their strength on the arms and shoulders, the
abdominal curl is completed (Elbe, 2019).
Push-ups; from top to bottom, the push-up involves the whole body. It works the
hands, chest, abdomen center, thighs, and limbs all at the same time. Push-ups can sometimes
be altered as needed. They are important and have proven to help in reducing chronic
diseases if done regularly. Push-ups can be done in more ways than almost any other
workout, so the mind and body will never get bored. Both of these methods can be used to
achieve a larger and healthier body.

Effects of physical exercise
The past two months, I have taken more time in exercises, and the outcome has been a
radical one. I have burnt calories, built a stronger abdomen, and kept a good and healthier
weight. Not only has exercises helped me maintain a healthy body but made me happier; it
has improved my mood, made me less anxious, and I have maintained low levels of stress.
