Module 02 Content You are working in a busy OB-GYN office. After being seen by the provider, the moms all receive discharge teaching from the RNs. You, as the LPN, do a great job of reinforcing the discharge teaching before each client leaves the office. However, the follow up call rate from moms asking questions about their discharge instructions remains high.
