My work experience relates to monitoring my habit of drinking during lunch hour at restaurants. My supervisor asked some of my colleagues to monitor my drinking during the lunch hour which I was unaware of.
My habit was being monitored because after the lunch hour I was unable to focus on my work and as a result, the quality and quantity of my work reduced. I believe that my employer has the right to do so because my behavior influences other employees and negatively impacts the productivity of the company.
