"Im dreaming about the end of the world, a common dream that takes many forms. This night the dream is about huge clouds that have boiled up in the sky like zeppelins and somebody standing behind me says, "its the end of the world you know.".

the personification in this passage deals with the abstract notion that one would be seeing the end of the world in the form of clouds boiling up
