advantages of the direct pattern are the reader can save time while reading because the
message is very clear and straight forward. The direct pattern is really important
because people are not reading the messages which are too long and business may
lose readers along their way. The indirect pattern will open with the attention gaining
and relevant information without directly stating the reason of the document and the
purpose of the document will be developed in the body of the text and usually the
purpose of the document crushed among the details which supports the purpose. The
disadvantage of the indirect pattern is it is taking lot of time to read as it has lengthy text
and the purpose of the document is mentioned in the body of the text not as the part of
the direct message. It might be frustrating for the readers to read the lengthy text and

Direct and indirect pattern helps writers write as quick as possible. Both the
writing and the writing must be as simple as possible. This is where direct writing comes
in. It is the most important element to creating an effective book. It is the most important
element that can make a book great. It is the important element that will help drive good
writing. When writing direct or indirect pattern writing can be simple and it allows the
writer to convey the essence of the business message or the message of the company
without writing more than necessary. While writers can use an indirect format their
writing needs to be written as concise as possible. An indirect structure is just the
opposite of a direct one. It gives the reader more room to work and to see detail and
information. However it has a disadvantage because it makes a reader take the read
slower. Direct writing and indirect writing are not easy to implement in a short length
message. This is due to the fact that for a longer length message you want your reader
to know everything that is being written and more. Direct means to write with detail and
direct means to make it clear without using the word or phrase. Direct messages and
indirect messages are very different. If your message is simple it is easier to convey and
direct messages are simpler and more descriptive. Direct messaging means to speak
with detail and you want your reader to focus and be attentive. Direct reading or indirect
reading is easier to read but require that you can also read or hear a phrase and a word
before thinking. That is why reading is better when you know what you are reading.
Some methods are not suitable for the whole audience. Here is how it should be written.
It will take the better of two ideas. It can be directed and indirect in the same line and
the same message should be delivered in an indirect manner (Nikpour, 2017).
Direct patter is is found when the individuals who work with and are connected
to each other have a mutual relationship. If they are involved with each other they are in
a pattern and have a pattern that is repeated over and over. This pattern is one that are
always repeated and they are always a relationship that is formed. The second pattern
is found when both groups work for the same organization. It is found when there is a
mutual and mutual relation between each other. This relationship is called a circle and it
is formed when the organization is working for the same agency. The same is true for
the work that an individual gets done. If an individual is doing one thing for a corporation
or corporation of organizations of organizations, then they will find a circle formed
around that particular individual and he would find that he has to do the same thing for
that entity. This pattern is one of continuous action and it is that is the relationship they

Indirect pattern is designed to keep any extra steps and words in the message
and also to allow the reader to move towards the most relevant word. The intention is
that the reader should be given a hint to read the whole message. The pattern can be
thought of as a tool that makes readers understand as best they can any extra-step-free
paragraph. The pattern only helps readers know what is important in the message. The
pattern is designed to make readers follow the letter of the message. It is not necessary
to read the whole message to understand the purpose of the indirect pattern. So, that
