Introduction
The normative leadership approach for decision making was created by a scholar known
as Victor Vroom. He established five kinds of decision-making procedures which differ
individually on the level of engagement by the leader (Lussier and Achua, 2015). This comprises
of the decide which entails a leader coming up with a decision without the assistance of anybody,
the consult individually which entails a leader getting one of the team members and enquiries on
the way forward and then comes up with a decision, the consult group which entails a leader
asking the team for a solution and selects the most suitable suggestion to make a decision, the
facilitate which entails a leader enquiring for a solution from a group and makes a decision from
a group agreement rather than alone, and finally the delegate which entails a leader abstaining
from making a decision but helps the employees make the decision by providing relevant
information on the issue.

This will be a construction project which involves the building of a mall in my local area.
All the necessary requirements that will facilitate the success of this project will be availed. In
