Numerous health benefits are associated with individuals who keep their bodies fit or
those who regularly engage in physical exercise (Beauchamp 2236). Ideally, this process burns
out fats within the body and at the same time harden the heart resulting in pumping blood at
elevated oxygen levels. Today, it is more common for individuals to take an early morning
workout to keep fit since they understand these benefits. At the same time, some persons who
overdo the process resulting in different body mass proportion. Ideally, physical exercise is about
a person ensuring that they burn calories across all parts of the body and at the same time keep fit
while maintaining the structure of the body. There are numerous fallacies associated with
keeping fit in the current settings. Some fallacies are responsible for the unequal body mass
distribution and the negative misconceptions and myths about physical exercise.
First, the primary misconstrued perception is the link between pain and gain. The more
the amount of pain the more an individual makes progress in physical training. Although serious
