In the many years I’ve had growing up and being able to conceptualize what a ‘leader’ is,
my understanding of a good leader, is not quite straightforward. It’s often challenging to define
because human beings are not perfect, there is no one person on earth who possesses all the
qualities of an outstanding leader because we are all inherently doomed to our flaws. Rarely
