The company that I regularly deal with is Alibaba, which is a global business. I usually buy

products form the company through an online platform. When I am contacting the company
especially making orders or an inquiry about a product, I usually use their chat option. The
company has two types of chats where one can opt to use a robot or live chat. I usually use both
options interchangeably. At the moment I am satisfied with the customer service that I get from
the company. When I do not get a solution from the robot, I usually switch to a live chat where
