The Penshoppe clothing company is a brand that represents the Filipino lifestyle and culture. The
social media strategy appropriate for the brand is empowering customers through social platforms
such as Twitter. The company should promote online interactions with the customer through chats.
The online interactions will enable customers to give suggestions and opinions (Wetzler, 2020).
Cole Sprouse, a famous actor is an appropriate influencer that the Penshoppe brand could use in
Marketing. The actor’s Instagram account is https://www.instragram.com/colesprouse/.The role of
Sprouse would be to inspire hard work and diplomacy among young adults and teenagers. The
brand on the other hand would promote and showcase the themes of Cole’s films.
Review of Cole’s Instagram account
Cole Sprouse is an actor, photographer, and fashion brand ambassador. The actor is known for
his roles in famous films like Riverdale, and The Suite Life of Zack &Cody. Cole Sprouse is
among the top fashion influencers globally (Themes, 2017). On Instagram, he has over thirtyfive million followers. Hence, the influencer has a large audience for product marketing. The
Penshoppe Company can collaborate with other fashion brands to host a party. Collaboration
with vendors, designers, and other brands is a way of attaining ultimate publicity. Additionally,
the presence of famous people like Cole Sprouse and other icons would play a large part in
increasing interactivity, influence, and creativity.
State of Fashion
Various ethical issues are affecting the clothing industry. The underpayment of low-level
employees is one of the major ethical issues affecting the fashion industry. The outburst Covid
19, has led consumers to advocate for the rights of the low-level employees (McKinsey &
Company, 2021). The low-level employees receive minimum payment despite being more prone

and vulnerable to the crisis. Consumers employ the big fashion brands to treat workers with
dignity, security, and fairness. The solution to this issue is for industries to adopt a transparent
management system. Fashion companies should introduce changes in purchasing and pay
workers in the supply chain a living wage. Additionally, organizations that are preparing for
layoffs and retrenchments should warn employees.
