Option 1: Culture shock is the main issue that international students mainly face as they try to blend with the system. In my prompt, I would like to address the following questions: What factors contribute to culture shock? What are the stages of cultural adjustment? What makes some students blend easy in a new culture while others adjust to the new culture during their stay

Option 2: Literature is a big part of a person’s identity and it all starts when they are a child. How has literature shaped your understanding of the world around you? After thinking about it, did children’s literature help develop your opinions and experiences about the different cultures you experience? If you can recall, what is one piece of children’s literature that you remember reading as a kid and how did it effect how you felt?
