Introduction
One of the unquestionable requirements a restaurant should have is good food and a
serene location. However, support that a restaurant gets from clients is very vital.
Quite possibly, the main agenda of offering help to the client s the way their complains
and issues in relation to the service is handled. Things will occasionally turn out worse
than expected, regardless of how one attempts to be diligent. Our fast food is
mainstream because the food is reasonable, advantageous, and tastes great.
We offer a variety of fast food to our customers. They include hamburgers, burritos,
chicken both fried and grilled, sandwiches, tacos. For the toppings, we serve guacamole,
salad, and sour soup. In addition to that, there are soft drinks available in the restaurant.
They are milkshakes, sodas, fruit juice, and yogurt. We also have updated our menus
to incorporate healthier choices. With that, the restaurant has even had unique things
named "light" or "under 500 calories" to assist purchasers with distinguishing lighter
foods (McCrory et al., p.930). The restaurant offers nutrition facts on its website for
curious customers. Our restaurant opens from 9 a.m.- 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
The total number of employees in the restaurant is 30 working on six and half-hour
shifts each. This paper aims at correcting delays of service in the restaurant as per
customers' complaints.

eatery doesn't lose clients. Occasionally, the diner experiences a genuinely furious
client who pronounces, "I'm never returning!" Maybe they're justified, however
