The answer would be #4- strengthened the support for Napoleon among French Catholics.

The Concordat of 1801 was an agreement signed between Napoleon Bonaparte and the papal and clerical representatives of Rome and Paris. In terms of "church and state" it leaned in Napoleons favor allowing him to nominate bishops. It also made Catholicism the majority religion for the French, BUT it wasn't the official state religion.
