Point and slope form of line equation is: y-y1 = m (x-x1). Where m is slope and (x1, y1) is point
So for m= 4 and point ( 6,5) the equation is: y-5 = 4 ( x-6)
In the same way the equation for m= -2 and point (-2,8) the equations is: y-8 = -2 ( x+2)
