Find the equation of the locus of the point P that moves such that the distance from P to the line

3y - 4y + 1 = 0 and 12x + 5y + 3 = 0 is in the ratio 3:1

If you wish Linear answers, then

| 3x-4y+1|/5 :|12x+5y+3|/13= 3:1

3 *|12x+5y+3| /13= | 3x-4y+1|/5

Modulus can be positive or negative. There are two possibilities for each modulus.

(3x-4y+1)/5 = 3(12x+5y+3)/13

Similarly you can find other equations.
