Desit is a new company that will operate in the competitive beverage industry and will be
located on the outskirts of Miami City in Florida. The company will specialize in the
manufacture of natural beverages in the market from fruits and vegetables. The company focus
on exploiting the demand for natural products due to the rise of chronic diseases.
Mission
The mission of Desit company is to provide high-quality products in the market that are
hygienic. The employees are committed to providing high-quality services to the customers to
promote satisfaction.
Vision
The vision for the company is to become the best in the beverage market through maintaining
high quality and low pricing in the market.
Legal Form of the Business
Desit will operate as a limited liability company and enjoy being separate from the owners,
which will help promote success.
Industry and Company Analysis
The company operates in the competitive beverage industry but has focused its operations
on the natural product segments. The industry indicates a promising industry where the demand
for the products is very high as chronic diseases continue to surge. The industry analysis was
done using four main tools that indicate a viable market that can be exploited at a profit in the
market. The tools used in the business plan involve SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porter's
five forces, and strategic mapping. The operating environment in the industry is very favorable,
and no barriers to effective operations.
Blue Ocean Strategies
Desit company aims to create a new market that has not previously been exploited and
ensure that it is exploited at a profit. The company is set to ensure it is in an apposition to
maintain the top position. The organization will utilize alignment of the supply chain,
manufacturing process, and effective marketing practices to ensure remaining ahead of the
competition. The company will ensure effectiveness in the market to remain ahead of the other
new entrants in the market by providing high-quality products that are affordable and
sustainable.
Organization Plan
The company is set to operate effectively with a very strong leadership team that will
influence the execution of activities. Desit will be operated through a functional structure that the
Board of directors heads in decision making. However, the overall leader is the CEO, who will
be employed in accordance to experiencr in the beverage market to ensure that he/she derives
success. The CEO will be assisted by four managers who will head departments such as human

resource, marketing, IT, and Finance. All the employees will be employed per the skills that they
have to promote effectiveness.
Financial projection and Model
The company will mainly depend on the initial capital in its operations and the funds
from shareholders through the sale of a prospectus. The organization will also source funds from
creditors who will be essential in promoting organizational operations effectively. The company
sales and profitability will be expected to increase by 20% and 15%, respectively. The appendix
indicates the projected cash flow statement, profit and loss account, and the balance sheet.
Exit Strategy
The company recognizes the presence of unfavorable occasions that might lead to an exit
from the market. The exit strategy found effective in the company is the initial public offering
since it is a public company. The offering will be important in settling any financial needs for the
company and repaying the creditors. The exit strategy will also be reviewed occasionally to
