make sure that the best service is offered. These rights are secured by the government
meaning violating any of them may lead to a legal advice. Although health centers are
business platforms, healthcare rights make them look more of voluntary services. Medical
practitioners have to maintain etiquette at work. Patients have to be treated and also be
provided by an environment that gives them hope. Such ideas contribute either directly or

1. Right to healthcare (Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act; EMTALA
This act was passed in 1986 by the US Congress. It came in as part of the Consolidated
Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). It is considered to be one of the successes
that came in from the political arena during that year. The Act is deep into the emergency
department of the hospital. Sicknesses are always difficult to predict. That is the reason
behind sprouting of life assurance. The main controversy that arises with this act is that it is
only indirectly covered by the federal government. This makes it difficult to for it to be

trusted. Some people rose criticism claiming the law is illegal. However, the law has been in
action ever since. In fact, it is among the most active healthcare rights in the United States of
America.
