According to Ivancevich, being an involved worker is a very vital part of the satisfaction at the job. If an employee fails to be involved it may lead to reduction in the job (Ivancevich, 2002). Satisficed employees may affect the company positively (Judge et al 2001). Organizations that have high rate of job satisfaction are associated with an increase in the rate of production. The research hypothesis is there is a significant positive relationship between job dissatisfaction and job satisfaction. Method This research used a quantitative approach by conducting a survey on employee satisfaction. The dataset used was Diebold dataset. I designed a survey that contained questions concerning employee satisfaction at their jobs. This was assessed using the Likert scale questionnaire. This consisted of twenty questions that assessed their job satisfaction, salary, working experiences and job performance. There were 100 participants: 60 females and 40 males. Introduction
