You can use following format like Conditional Formatting for your financial planning worksheet

You can apply Conditional Formatting to a range of cells.

1.  Select the spreadsheet cells that you wish to be formatted.

2.  Select the Format menu.

3.  Scroll down to Conditional Formatting.

4.  Type in your desired criteria

5.  Click Format to choose how you want the special cells to be formatted (In the following example, they all appear in red).Click OK

You should be able to:

I.  Format the cells of your worksheet (number, alignment, font, border and patterns).

II.  Format the rows and columns of your worksheet (AutoFit feature).

III.  Apply conditional formatting to a range of cells.
