thus increased productivity. Teams that are near to the point of delivery increases productivity
since organizations are concerned with efficiency and productivity that will give them a
competitive advantage.
2: Improves communication skills. Teams ensure communication is exchanged freely and
management can know when they are shortfalls in a process; this will ensure that measures to
rectify such shortfall are actioned urgently.
3: Diversity of skills. Working as a team ensures that people of diverse skills and expertise come
in contact, this will ensure a better solution is delivered unlike when an individual could handle.
4: Improved problem-solving. When people work as a team they have access to a wide range
