I worked at Cocoba Company in Singapore and witnessed the application of the FUEL
model to improve the coaching process by the top management of the company. The company
began in 2007 and has been marketing beverage products in Singapore. The coaching model
used at Cocoba Company has hidden meaning since letter F represents a frame, U denotes
understand, E stands for explore and L illustrates Lay. A coaching model in every business
