My Experience
My experience at Duke University hospital in the United States was great and unique.
The services I received from the doctors, hospital staff physicians, and nurses were of perfect
quality. From the reception, the facility provided reliable services to its customers, timely and
effectively. When I arrived at the facility's main entrance, the customer care personnel enquired
about my health problem. After describing my health condition, they directed me to the correct
department where I met the specialists. The customer care service givers were kind and
welcoming, and they demonstrated a strong feeling and concern toward patient`s health wellbeing.
Additionally, after reaching the correct ward, I was served with diligence and respect, and
my subjective health information was handled with privacy and secrecy by the examining nurse.
Before any medication was recommended, the doctors carried out a thorough test on various
body samples to ensure proper medication and dose recommendation. After the doctors
examined my health issue, I was provided with drugs, and the nurses directed me on how to
consume them to avoid side effects. For example, some drugs required consumption before
eating anything while others required eating first then consume. The services promoted my
health faster, and I recovered sooner after taking the drugs. Few...
