For this Assignment, you will document information about a patient that you examined at your practicum site, using the Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation Note Template provided. You will then use this note to develop and record a case presentation for this patient. Select a patient for whom you conducted psychotherapy for an impulse control or conduct disorder during the last 6 weeks. CASE STUDY:BM is a 8 years old African American male diagnosed with ADHD, seen via telehealth along with the two parents and his sister for psychotherapy session. BM mother states she's is very concern about BM erratic behavior. BM mother states that she engaged BM in some house chores such as washing the plates after dinner, and taking out trash on trash days, and making sure his bed is made up every morning before going to school. BM mother stated that BM find all these chores difficult to complete, and when approached on why they are not completed, BM will burst into violent and destructive behavior. The therapist stated that despite the fact that BM has ADHD disorder, most children of his age find it difficult to follow all directions given to them. BM parents were encouraged to supervise BM whenever tasks are given. BM and his family will be seen weekly for 8 week.
