success or failure. Lack of communication can easily turn a project into a total failure while good
communication leads a company to have a successful project.
An example of a project involved an IT project is where some few features are added to software
which affects end users. The project manager needs to communicate to the team members on the
needs of the user so as to know the kind of users they are dealing. This helps the team members
to know what’s they working towards and make sure it’s a common goal for every team member
in the project.
