Grief is a natural response to the death of an important individual in one’s life. Bereaved
people adequately adjust to living without a loved one when they undergo a healthy grieving
process. Many people encounter grief at a particular stage in their lives, which might be triggered
by various factors such as relationships, circumstances, drug abuse, and even loss of
employment. Furthermore, stage theories are based on the premise that elements in processes go
