LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES IN TODAY’S ENVIRONMENT
It is a huge responsibility to lead a specific group, organization, or team. Being in charge
of leading the entire pack entails responsibility and accountability. Leaders should always be
visionaries in order to see where they are going as a group. Making oneself available when the call
of duty is a quality that every good and excellent leader must possess. In today's society, we require
a bold, smart, and credible leader. My personal qualifications for selecting a leader are that he must
be morally, academically, and professionally excellent. For a community to thrive, it must have a

and promises, but rather by the leader's character and integrity.

Personal Leadership Challenges
Being a part of an organization or group that requires my leadership is not as simple as 1,
2, 3. I must inspect or supervise every single task that my employees perform, and I must also
ensure that the work is of high quality and meets our objectives. One of the most difficult
challenges I face as a leader is when there are discrepancies or differences between our actual
output and our projected output. It can be difficult at times to reconcile both circumstances and
identify the gaps that must be filled. And, as a leader, I should be the one in charge of delegating
it to the people who are knowledgeable about that partic...
