Some cultural elements that Romans borrowed from Greeks:
Architecture and Art - they built temples using Greek coloumns and the use of marble to make busts.
Language - Greek continued to be lingua franca in many parts of the Roman Empire. I believe Latin was only for official purposes.
Religion - Greek religion was adopted by the Romans with slight modifications.
Government - many ideas about civic life, especially leadership, was influenced by writings of Greek philosophers. Democracy was something that they learnt from the Greeks.
