Leadership and Management in Nurse Generalist Practice
Leadership in nursing is a fundamental skill in practice to enable nurses to provide
health care that focuses on the clients' health needs. Leadership influences the quality of the
facility on the organizational culture and emphasizes the roles of the nurses in the
management of care, health services, and people. Therefore, leadership and management in
the nursing practice is the preparatory phase to strengthen experiences and professionalism in
solving healthcare-related challenges. Strong leadership in nursing entails the pursuit of
transforming the health care system to enhance skills and competencies development. In

reduce the incidences of thrombosis and stroke by using Full MagLev Flow Technology and
implementing such technology entails dedication to serve and align the system with change.
Thus, initiating change involves integrating teams, creating a vision, and accomplishing the
change in tandem with the dedicated team.

improve the quality of care by empowering education to master professional skills and
improve competency. One of the primary ways the manager approach the training is by

influencing the nurses and the medical practitioners working in the selected unit. Fernandes et
al. (2018) con...
