Positive employee attitude in the workplace is imperative. Employee attitudes are derived
from psychological theories that state that employees’ behavior at work is as a result of choices
on whether they should appear at the workplace and how they will behave at work. Employees
will more likely come to work rather than be absent or quit if they are satisfied. They will even
