Hey there!

So, we have to look at the charges to determine the ratio.

N has a charge of -3, and Na has a charge of +1.  So, in order to have an even ratio, we would need three Na (for a total of +3) to bond with one N (who has a charge of N)

So the ratio of Na to N would be 3:1.
