4. Calculate the Median
Create an application that does the following:
1. Generates an array of randomly generated integers between 1 and 100. The
length of the array should also be randomly generated as an integer between 5
and 10.
2. Sorts the array in ascending order.
3. Calculates and displays the median value, which is mathematically defined as
the midpoint value. If the array has an odd number of values such as {2, 20, 35,
106, 117), the median is the single integer in the middle (35). If the array has an
even number of values, the median is the average of the two center values. For
example, in the array {2, 20, 35, 37, 106, 117}, the median is (35 + 37)/ 2.0 =
36.0. Hint: be sure to declare the median variable as type Double. An example
is shown in Figure 8-49, in which the array contains an even number of values.
4. Let the user generate the array and calculate the median by clicking a single button.
5. Display the median in a Label control.

Program file containing game scores
The purpose of this assignment is to maintain a list of 10 highest scores for some game. The assignment requires building and using two libraries and reading and writing a binary file. The program will make use of an input file containing game scores.Program RequirementsThe Date LibraryThe Date library should contain a Date class. The Date class should contain a time_t data member to store the date. The Date class should contain
4 constructors:Date();Date(const Date&) = default;Date(time_t); // Date in time_t formatDate(const char*);The default constructor should create a Date object containing the current date.Date(const char*) constructor should accept arguments with date formats of "mm/dd/yy", or "mm-dd-yy" or "ddmonyy"The Date library should also contain an overloaded insertion operator to display Dates. You may add any other member function necessary for the Date class. The Score libraryThe Score library should contain a Score class and an overloaded insertion operator to display Score objects. The Score class shold contain
3 data members: char name[16]; int score; Date date; One or more constructorsAccessor functionsAn overloaded < operator function. You'll need this to sort the Scores. What needs to be submitted:All of the sources files and header files for the libraries and the application. Do not include project files, object files, library archives or executables. An output file of the assignment results. It should look like that attachedA screen image showing the assignment application build, including compilation and linking options.

Creating a Data Access Object with SQLite
For this fifth Critical Thinking assignment you will modify an existing app that tracks business expenses. Download the existing app from <download site> and explore the application. There are two inner classes: ExpenseItem, which defines constants used in mapping the Expense data to the database, and Helper. You should see that the Expense class is a simple POJO with properties of amount, description, and expenseDate.A DAO is an excellent and widely-used design pattern where the code to access a data source is encapsulated within a single class.Open edu.csuglobal.expenses.data.DAO.java.Inside the DAO constructor near line 35, add the code to initialize an instance of the database helper class at the location marked TODO.Locate the queryExpenses() method and complete the steps marked TODO.Expand app | java |edu.csug.expenses(androidTest) | data.Right-click DAOTest and select Run 'DAOTest'. If you are offered a choice of two DAOTest options, take the first one, which has the Android symbol next to it. When prompted to choose a device, select the Galaxy-Nexus AVD and click OK.Click the “4:Run” button at the bottom of the Android Studio window to show the test results.Open edu.csug.expenses.ExpensesListActivity.java. In the following steps, you may see class names marked as errors due to the required imports not being in the code. The simple solution is to click the class name. When prompted, press <Alt><Enter>. Android Studio will add the required import.Locate the onCreate() method and complete the steps marked TODO.If it is not already running, start the Galaxy-Nexus AVD. Make sure the app is selected next to the Run button, then run the application by clicking the green run arrow as normal. You should see the list of sample expenses. At the end of the onCreate() method in ExpensesListActivity, add a call to registerForContextMenu(). Use “mList” as the reference for the View; this should display the context menu.Override onCreateContextMenu() and inflate the menu with an id of R.menu.context_menu. Right-clicking on the file and selecting Generate | Override Methods... is the easy way to create the new method.Save and execute the application.Click and hold on one of the expenses in the list. Your context menu should appear. Of course, there is no associated functionality yet.Add a new method public int deleteExpensesById(int id) to the DAO.Create a where clause, get an instance of a writable database, then call the delete method.Uncomment the onContextItemSelected() code at the bottom of ExpensesListActivity. Organize imports as needed.Test your work.Assignment deliverables (all in a ZIP file):A screenshot showing the execution of your application.A detailed overview of the steps taken to complete your application. The project folder containing all source code for your application.Ensure that your assignment deliverables are attached before submitting your assignment.

CPT 200 Ashford University Python Code for Functionality Project
This week you will develop the third functionality for the Employee Management System Project due in Week 5.For this assignment, you willUtilize looping to make your Python script for Functionality 2 (developed in Week 2) to run constantly.Separate Functionality 1 (developed in Week 1) into the following two functionalities:Add Employee – this functionality will allow users to add new employee to the system.View all Employees – this functionality will view all employees in the system.Use global variables to develop a counter to keep track of the number of employees in the system. A good employee management system should always give brief information about the existing number of employees. This counter can be shown to the user when they run the script as the following message:There are (3) employees in the system.Once you have completed Functionality 3, you must provide the following in a Word document and submit it through the Waypoint grading system:One screen shot of the completed functionality. An explanation of how you utilized looping to make the Python script for Functionality 2 run constantly.A description of how you separated Functionality 1 into two functionalities. An explanation of how you used global variables to develop a counter to keep track of the number of employees in the system.A brief description of the purpose of this functionality. The script for this functionality.Next, submit the zip folder that contains the running source code for Functionality 3 to the Week 3 Zip File Submission page. If you need more guidance, review the Zip File Quick Start Guide. Be sure that you are sharing the zip folder with your instructor only. Your instructor will run your source code to ensure that the functionality runs correctly. The Employee Management System – Functionality 3 PaperMust include a screen shot of Functionality 3.Must include an attached zip folder that contains a running source code for Functionality 3.Must include a separate title page with the following:Title of paperStudent’s nameCourse name and numberInstructor’s nameDate submitted

C++ Programming Problem
I have already solved the problem in the file that attached, please read the instructions and follow it, thank you.Using C++ to solve the problem below, please follow the requirements and orders of the problem:The purpose of this program is to identify the forces of each member of the truss below (FAB, FAD, FBC, FBD, FBE,FCE, FDE) and to state whether they are in tension or compression. Use the example we worked in class todetermine the reaction forces (Ax, Ay, and Cy) and complete the analysis by the Method of Joints. Use CodeBlocks (Windows) or Eclipse (MacOS) to build and run your program. Program Requirements1. (10 points) Your code should be properly commented to describe what you are doing.2. (15 points) The user should be prompted to enter pitch width, x, height, h, and the applied forces F1and F2.3. (10 points) You must create a function to display an explanation of what your program does.4. (15 points) You must create and use a function to calculate the hypotenuse of the right triangle youwill need to help determine x and y force components of the truss members.5. (20 points) You must create and use a function to evaluate whether a force is in Tension orCompression. The function will be called multiple times, once for each member. Any force valuethat has a magnitude from -0.00001 < F < 0.00001 will be considered a Zero Force member, i.e., F = 0.6. (15 points) You must store each Force member name as a constant character string. For example,FAD will be stored as “Fad” for the string. You will use these character strings when you display youroutput.7. (15 points) Your output must be clearly stated to the user. For example, if FAD = -200, then youroutput should read something like: Fad has a magnitude of 200 and is in Compression. If FBC = 150, then it will be: Fbc has a magnitude of 150 and is in Tension.8. Create an array that holds the force values of the 7 Force members and sort it in ascending order.Display the rearranged array.
