It is very important that entrepreneurs understand the aspects of different business
environments especially before planning to expand or start businesses in other countries (Wild,
Wild, & Han, 2014). Culture is one of the aspects of different national business environments that
has to be considered by business people before venturing into any new geographical area to
conduct business. Culture comprises the values and norms that are accepted by a particular group
of people. Each of the three countries for this case, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America has
got its own activities, values, and beliefs (Wild, Wild, & Han, 2014). Culture has an impact that is
considerable on a business’ strategic direction all the way from the business functions to
management decisions. Companies have to conduct their business in line with the national culture
