beginners, their bodies are unfamiliar with body exercises.
As a result, beginners can develop injuries if they start
with vigorous exercises (Wagener et al., 2020). Hence,
exercises require gradual development before someone
can perfect in different exercise categories. This poster
provides evidence-based recommendations for different
exercise categories using the FITT-VP framework. A
beginner can use this exercise prescription start and
perfect in exercises.

This exercise focuses on enhancing muscle strength by
subjecting muscles to weight or force. A beginning
exerciser may not have enough strength to withstand
heavy weights or strong forces, which means that the
exercise should be moderate.
Frequency: For a beginner, 2 or 3 days a week are
enough, focusing on every muscle group (Pescatello et al.,
2014).
Intensity: A beginner should maintain 60 to 70% 1RM
(one repetition max) to allow muscles to develop the
