Domino's currently adopts a hybrid organizational structure. In this company, the board
of directors tops in the list of corporate governance (Corporate-ir.net, 2015). The second
command that follows down in a hierarchical order entails a chairman, president, vice presidents
and a management committee. This organizational structure matches with the company's
corporate strategies that are: continuous execution of the mission statement, growth of a leading
position, creating leverage on brand awareness, expansion and optimization of the domestic store
base; and growth of the international business (Wikinvest, 2009). Notably, the structure befits a
multinational corporation that faces a rapid change of environmental variables (Chand, 2016).
The hybrid structure has helped the company to create geographical structures that are efficient
