For this week's Individual Work you will define public service using a credible source. Remember your definition must have an in-text citation if it is a direct quote or if you decide to paraphrase it. Research what types of job responsibilities public servants perform such as those performed by a local law enforcement officer in a police department, a special agent from a state level law enforcement investigative agency, and a federal law enforcement officer. Do public servants dedicate their lives to serving the People? Do public servants such as law enforcement officers often have to make sacrifices for their jobs, such as missing family events or holidays? The deliverable length of your homework assignment is 350 words, two double spaced pages (does not include title page or reference page). Remember to create in-text citations for every source you use to create a sentence for your paper. All homework assignments must be in APA format. They must have a title page, body, and reference page.
