Typically, those who migrate to the U.S., are looking for better means of education, healthcare,
and employment. However, with the economy of the U.S. in the present terms, it isn’t hard just
for Americans to find employment, it is even more difficult for immigrants. With the cultural
diversity and language barriers preventing immigrant woman from obtaining appropriate
incomes so that they can gain access to help aid their health concerns, it is even more difficult
when health insurance isn’t obtainable (Betancourt, 2002).
Of the more than 37 million grown-ups in the U.S. who talk a dialect other than English,
