Today, the concept of stratification has been increasingly discussed among scholars, academe, and society; and how the perception towards societal stratification most likely affect their
significance to different aspects in life: role in the profession, family, and the society. The concept of stratification is significant as it has been associated with one of the most pressing societal
issues, gender roles and its impact particularly evident in different domains, one of which is the
