Coca-Cola was formed in 1886 by the American corporation. It deals with the production
of flavored drinks. It is also the manufacturer, seller, and retailer of non-alcoholic citrus
beverages and soft drinks. The Coca-Cola Company is the biggest producer and supplier in the
world. It is one of the biggest employers globally as it is found in more than 200 countries, and
2800 products from Coca-Cola are readily accessible in the Company (Bowers et al., 2017). The
issues to be addressed by the managers include a lack of proper communication in the Company.
First, information is not appropriately channeled using the hierarchical manner, for instance,
communication from the top manager to other managers then to the followers; this hinders
