orientation is the process of applying original ideas in the absorption of new employees in an

Creative orientation helps support the analysis of business opportunities for strategic
change in four ways. First, creative orientation helps organizations and new employees in
understanding marketing plans well enough for adjustments if needed. This can be done by
analyzing sales, market opportunities, and target customers. It gives new employees and
organizations an opportunity of familiarizing themselves with the market territory designs.
Familiarizing with territory design enables easier identification of overlapping markets,
