My organization is a small Community Health clinic comprised of two doctors, four
nurses, one physiotherapist, and a pharmacist. It is a level 4 hospital offering both inpatient and
outpatient services. However, we do not provide Ambulatory Services. The selection of the
appropriate Information System, necessary to ensure successful communication between
physicians (Hossain, Quaresma & Rahman, 2019). This can be done by adopting either EHR,
EMR, Laboratory Information System, etc. The proper selection will determine the practicability
of Improved patient care and reduced cost of health.
