Chapter 2 First and foremost, as all other products Munchy’s company focus on the Halal status seriously because its a huge concern for most of their customer. Secondly, everyone of us are aware about the important of our own health. Therefore, Munchy’s company came up with snacks that is good for our health and weight loss. They promoted their brand with a packaging products that makes the customers live easy to carry with them. In order to predict the trend around the market, they did a small research on the biscuits during old period and they found out that the biscuits are too dry. Therefore, they came out with a mission to make a fun, delicious and yummy biscuits and eventually stands an international hygiene status in biscuits production. They used judgmental forecasting in order to obtain the demand. Moreover, the product is always in customer mind as the marketing video is done in a funny and attractive way. This video attracts small ages and elder ages as well to purchase their products. They promotes their biscuits as one of the healthiest breakfast to keep our body fit. Besides, they have come up with different ingredients that is rich in fibre and other nutrients that is good for our health. Most of the customer are happy with product because it is handy and covers majority of the customer taste. This makes their production hit the roof and covering almost over 50 country under their production. In a nutshell, this company has a cyclic trend which allow them to know the most preferred flavour by their customer. For instance, dark chocolate flavour wins more compared to the peanuts flavour. Therefore, the production of the dark chocolate flavour is higher compared to the peanut. Through this trend they will able to track the customer satisfaction as well for a better quality of production in the future.
