  • Forecast for other concerns, finding positive outcome that are beneficial and from an HRM perspective.

  • Write between 1,000 – 1,500 words using Microsoft Word in APA 6th edition style.
  • Use an appropriate number of references to support your position, and defend your arguments. The following are examples of primary and secondary sources that may be used, and non-credible and opinion based sources that may not be used.
    1. Primary sources such as government websites (United States Department of Labor - Bureau of Labor Statistics, United States Census Bureau, The World Bank), peer reviewed and scholarly journals in EBSCOhost (Grantham University Online Library) and Google Scholar.
    2. Secondary and credible sources such as CNN Money, The Wall Street Journal, trade journals, and publications in EBSCOhost (Grantham University Online Library).
    3. Non-credible and opinion based sources such as, Wikis, Yahoo Answers, eHow, blogs, etc. should not be used.
  • Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased statements, information, etc.) in the paper and list each source on a reference page using APA style. An overview of APA 6th edition in-text citations, formatting, reference list, and style is provided here.

Organizations are bound to thrive or fall depending on how the Human resource
management docket is handled. (Collins 2001) This is essentially because it acts like a backbone
for companies. This function within the organization is expected to recruit, manage and guide
the individuals working in the company to ensure that the companies set objectives or outlined
vision is fulfilled. In ensuring that law, order and ideal results are realized, the human resource
management handles issues related to performance development, Strategic management,
Employees compensation and benefit schemes, Organization development through policy
formulation, Risk management hence the maintenance of a conducive working environment and
the employee labor relations. It is therefore important to note that the individual bound to be
successful in the area of the Human Resource should employ the skills highlighted by Blacks
that include analytical, communication, Innovative, conflict management and leadership skills to
ensure that the organization achieves its ultimate goal.
Analytical skills grants one the ability to analyze, spot and solve issues that may arise
within an organization and cause stumbling blocks towards the company achieving their set
goals. Being analytic offers the human resource to employ strategic management as it was the
