Assignment 3: A) Review your own organization’s mission, vision, and value statements and assess their alignment to Human Resource functions. Are there disparities? If so how? Are there congruencies? If so, where?  Be prepared to share in a small group your findings and the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Post samples in the course One Drive file or send to the instructor from the organization’s communication venues that can be made available for colleagues to view.  Identify whether your organization has developed a strategic plan. Be prepared to describe their strategic planning process, as you understand it. If your organization does not have a strategy or strategic plan, prepare to explain why not, the implications and impact.  Conduct a search for 3 research studies that have been conducted on the topic of Strategic HRM and be prepared to briefly describe the essence of each study. There are several aspects of the article by Balenzano which relate to my current working
setting and which have shaped my way of thinking. The first aspect is the article that relates to
my work setting is the application of the relational approach in the healthcare setting. This aspect
influenced my way of thinking because I learnt that it is important to implement relational
practice to promote the recovery of the patients in the healthcare setting. From the reading of the
article, I have appreciated that most of the recovery programs are experimented with within the
mental health services field.
Additionally, the reading of the article reinforced my beliefs that the implementation of
