Entitlement based ethics comprise
A principle of justice in acquisition
A principle of justice in transfer
A principle of rectification of injustice
1. A person who acquires a holding
in accordance with the principle of justice in acquisition is entitled to that

If we take the position of manager in a restaurant, his job will involve in maintaining good relations with customers,in getting the orders executed properly etc.
If he indulges in pilferage, it is not proper.
If he has bias towards some waiter and victimizes them , it is not proper.
If he solicits extra favor against the interest of the restaurant it is not proper.
Hence he must occupy the role in line with entitlement of his position.
