1. X^2+(Y-3)^3=36

2. (X+2)^2+(Y-2/3)^2=8

3. X^2+(Y+5)^2=81/64

X^2+(Y-3)^2=6^2

When X^2+(Y-3)^2=0, x=0 and y-3=0. So x=0, y=3 is the center of this circle. The radius would be 6.

(X+2)^2+(Y-2/3)^2=(8^1/2)^2

When (X+2)^2+(Y-2/3)^2=0, x+2=0 and y-2/3=0. So x=-2, y=2/3 is the center of this circle. The radius would be 8^1/2.

X^2+(Y+5)^2=(9/8)^2
