The movement of people from one place to another is necessary for ensuring survival on earth in
terms of efficiently running basic activities. Hence the need for travelling to ensure economic,
social and political needs are met. Gasoline appears to have provided the option for the best
source of fuel therefore its continued use. It is therefore through the need for travelling that
people are using all the gasoline they can. Some of the wasteful uses of gasoline are that people
have ended up driving a lot even in distances that do not require driving. In addition, driving at
high speeds also wastes gasoline unnecessarily.
