Mobile app development has the capability to perform tasks faster than websites since data in
mobile apps is stored locally. In contrast, in websites, data is stored in web servers: data retrieval
in mobile apps, therefore, happens swiftly (Deshdeep, 2021). Mobile apps and website
development need internet connectivity in executing the majority of their tasks, but mobile apps
can function in offline mode. For instance, a banking app can offer features like tax and
instalment calculations without requiring an internet connection. In website development,
caching is used to load limited website pages without an internet connection. Another uniqueness
in mobile app development is that there is freedom in designing advanced gesture functions such
as 'swipe,' 'tap' and 'hold,' that assist users in executing a task better as compared to website
development that primarily relies on browser features like 'refresh' and 'back' button to perform
