Responses To The Leadership Style Action Plan
I agree with the vision statement of the writer because in today’s world , leaders with high
emotional intelligence are needed who can be more empathetic to employees , listen to them ,
address their needs and ensure their full potential is utilized. The goals are also in line with the
vision because he or she is ready to listen more to the staff members ,their opinions, challenges
and new ideas which shows more empathy.
However I respectfully disagree with the writer on leadership action plan of part 3, because it is
not in line with the vision statement that was initially stated. The writer just want’s to stand out
