( |x + 6| )/(x + 6) how do you solve things like this

 It is asking me 

BLANK1 if x > BLANK4
BLANK2 if x = BLANK5
BLANK3 if x < BLANK6

I know blank1 is 1 and blank3 -1 but I am not sure about the rest? Help?

x>-6 , x =-6 and x <-6 so, Blank4 =, Blank5 and Blank6 will be 6 now, for x>6, value of |x+6| will be positive, so, Blank1 (x+6) for x=-6 , value of |x+6| = -6+6 =0, Blank2 =0 for x<-6 , value of |x+6| will be negative, Blank 3 = -(x+6) Hope this helps :)
