Interpersonal relationships refer to a close bond between people who share common
interests and aspirations. In every relationship, trust, loyalty and commitment are crucial. To
avoid misunderstandings and problems in relationships, people must trust and respect their
partners. There are two possibilities; either develop long term commitment or cut off ties after a
while and move separate ways. According to George Levinger, who was a psychologist, every
